I am not good at slogans. Aaaah! But I will give it a try, because I think you made such a nice give-away. 🙂
1. I like crocheting (I cannot en will not knit) because it calms me down and you can make such beautifull things, big or small. I love the versatility of crochet and all the different yarns you can use.
2. I was having a bad time and made a decision/promise that I would make 3 blankets for my children. I knew from when I was young how much I liked crochet. That decision was very good for me, I am feeling a lot better now. I got my original inspiration from all the blogs I was following.

Assalamualaikum, akak nak join! maaflah english berterabur 😀
a) i love crochet because it was my passion and i want a hobby that can make me busy after working hours, otherwise my mind will keep thinking about having a baby (my husband and i still dont have baby yet) and that will make me sad so i crochet everynight so my mind can concentrate to the crochet. I also want to decorate my new house with my own creativity with the crochet things.
b) no one inspired me but i was inspired by myself. i started to know what is crochet when i was in form 2 (1994). i dont know where the skill’s coming but it came by itself and i just crochet without referring to any reference.
c) I want to win the gonca yarns from yarnsonlineshop.com because i was in love with yarns. actually i’m crazy with yarns! i cant stop buying yarns eventhough dont know what i want to do with that yarns.

I like knitting because it keeps my brain stable when people yell at eachother. I enjoy it because loops from threads make beautiful things to keep me and my family and my friends cozy. Also, I can take it anywhere, even to class and people think it means i’m clever. I don’t crochet, but if I did I would make the cutest flower embellishments 🙂

Debbie Stoller. I was 14 when I saw Stitch N Bitch for the first time (on sale at Costco) and I discovered that I wanted, no NEEDED, a handknit skully sweater. Needed it so much that it was my first project!

i enjoy doing crocheting because it is a magic..i’m doing magic with various techniques on yarns to have something that i wished for.. i just have to pick up a crocheting hook, a few of selected yarns,sit on floor,lay my back on a cushion, and with a magic sentence(basmalah), crocheting it until my fingers are getting numb..haha..hurray!! although it is a tiring magic( i must admit it :P), but it gives me a high satisfaction to crochet something that i dreamed of and i’m feel great with my family’s compliments on my handiworks..apart from that, my main objective is to activate my right brain so that i’m becoming more creative on my studies..
b. Who inspired you to start Knitting or Crochet?
it is absolutely my lovely MOM.. i got impressed with her cloth tables that have pineapples’,strawberries’,grapes’, & bamboos’ patterns on them..my mom gave me 2 crochet hooks (a 0.85mm & a no. 3 ROSE) that are inherited from my late grandma..that are the only needles i’m using until now..

I enjoy crocheting so much because it is a form of meditation and it calms my mind. It is a fun method of meditation!!! I enjoy looking at beautiful and colorful yarns that would turn into wonderful other things! I enjoy more in giving away my crocheting outcome than using it for myself as it is a wonderful feeling in watching my family and friends getting excited and using my craft.
The one who actually inspired me in starting crocheting would me my grandmother, my mom’s mother. She keep on teaching me on how to crochet without fail when I almost decided to give up!! I still remember what she told- “It is impossible for you to not to learn it! You just have to keep practicing! You will definitely get it!” I am so glad she did not give up in teaching me! Crocheting is the best hobby I can ever have!

I loved crocheting because it’s a valuable art and hobby. I’m attracted with beautiful concept on how we can make a variety of project like clothing, amigurumi, and other’s crocheted. Just only used a yarn and crochet hook we can create many precious stuff 🙂

My auntie 🙂
She’s the only one who introduced it to me. I strongly like to see my auntie’s work. It’s so beautiful and originals artwork. I was thinking how to make it, how to start it and how to finish it. I’m so lucky because she’s teaching me the basic crochet 🙂

I was looking for a cross stitch kit to kill boredom and my friend told me that her mom used to doing crochet when she was young. she suggested me to give it a try. I didn’t know what crochet really is, until I ‘google’ the word and found sooooooooo many beautiful items made from crochet. I knew that I’m in love with crochet straight away.
